Ok I am new to HT and completely lost. Right now this is what I got. A reciever, tv, 5 speakers, and another amp to power a sub. There are 5 outputs on the tv. 1 video one, and 2 left and 2 right audio ones. I hooked the 2 left and 2 right audio ones to my recievers 6 channel inputs. Not sure if that was the right thing to do. Now my question is. How do I hook up the amp for the sub. Also the center speaker isn't playing in my surround sound. Please help me and feel free to ask if you need any more information.
Can you give some added information on the makes and models of your equipment? Also, what type of video signal are you watching? Cable/satellite--Over the air--DVD?
