Velodyn Subwoofer or Definitive Tech Supercube-III ?

Hello,
I have Vienna acoustics Bach floor standing front speakers, Vienna Theatro middle. Def tech Pro cinema 100 back. Just bought them from Magnolia. I have supercube III Subwoofer. (whole thing costs around $5,500 )

I was wondering if I should have Velodyn DLS 4000 sub instead of Supercube, main reason: 1. Velodyn is a well known company 2. It has remote control for controlling base. If anyone has experience with those, please throw some light.

I could not compare them side by side as Magnolias don't carry Velodyns.

I was wondering which sub will be more presize, tighter subwoofer in those? I am not into 'house-shaking' base, but like presize, deep base which is good for Music as well..

Another option is REL Q150, or Velodyn SPL800, but Velodyn costs $1000, which goes out of my budget. And not sure if it is worth putting that extra money..

Any inputs will be highly appreciated.

Thanks,
-Shekhar.

Have you checked out the HSU subwoofers? I like them better than the Velodyne. I thought they are tighter, punchier and more responsive than the Velodyne.
