hello. I own a rave-mp arc 5.0 player. and it works fine, but now i get the sad face on the screen (uhhhh bad sign). I think that the firmware is lost from the hard drive, in fact it must be lost now because i reformat the microdrive to see if it has some errors, and its ok.
Can someone help me with the image of a good drive? i can use norton ghost to recover it

ya i have the same problem, i tried to replace the harddrive, but it gives the same error, i email'd customer support and they dont know what it is
