Where did you "get" this receiver that has no remote?

its a simple fix if it is what i think it is. When you come into the menu, there is a decibel level setting that you can adjust each speaker and woofer by, it sounds like they turned up one side more than the other or didn't set it up right at all. I would just pay the money and get the remote from Pioneer, life is tough on any receiver with a remote to help you through the setup.
