can anyone help me hook a cyber home dvd recorder asharp vhs and a samsung tv so i can record from vhs to dvd ?

I bought a Curtis 1056A DVD player some months ago but now I am ready to use it I find that I do not have any instructions for connecting it to the TV. There is no diagram and the User Manual does not tell you how. It starts at turn on the TV and the player. I have one cable with three connectors at either ends a white, red and yellow. Please help me to connect up the system.
