Due to space considerations, I would like to try and mount a car stereo in my new garage/shop 24x30 size. 6 ceiling speakers would be nice. any ideas on how to do this?

Buy the car stereo, buy the speakers and some cable then hook it all up. Let me know if you have any more questions.

Lucky you, I usually charge for my services but this one was so easy that I decided to put it on my tab.

Simply wire it up. Stereo receiver to speakers (or rec'r line out->to amp->to-speakers if using an external amp). Use an impedance matching speaker selector for the speakers to keep the load on the receiver (or amp) what it should be. Use a 120v AC to 12V DC converter to power the stereo.

A 24'x30' shop, and you are needing to save 8" on the stereo....
