What are the top and bottom wire hook ups for? Do I hook up wire to the top or bottom?

The dual connectors are there in the event you choose to bi-wire the speakers. For now, there should be some plates in place that connect both terminals. Pick either the top set or bottom set of terminals and connect your speaker wires.
In the mean-time, read up a bit on bi-wiring before determining if it is for you - or, if the rest of your system offers the capability.
I have a Yamaha RX-V757 reciever, Polk Audio PSW303 Sub, I have side and back surrounds, and Polk Audio CSi5 center speaker on the way. Where can I find info on bi-wiring at?
