Hi.. I'd like to hook two center channel speakers to my center channel output on my reciever. To stay in 8ohms do I just run the positive to one speaker positive and the negative to the other speaker negative.. AND then run a wire from each speaker together (which offsets the reduction to 4 ohms if hooked up in Parallel). Thank you! Need help before I f* something up.

Try this arrangement:

A series connection will raise the impedance of the total load so this will not remain at 8 Ohms.

Wire them in series. Your amp will thank you.
