I have a Lyra RD1028 and when I go to send music to portable device through musicmatch the portable device is never recognized. When I try and reinstall the device it says it is working properly however when I click on the file to see if recognized there is nothing in there. When I try and download the plugin it says that I already have it and I have even unistalled everything and tried this again. Also on my intillation disc none of the plugins match my player therefore I do have to use RCA downloadable plugin but each time it says there are no new updates when all I need is just one plugin updates or not and I can't get it. This is very frustrating how do I make it recognize the specifics of my MP3 player?
