To unlock the DVD-628 so it can play all the DVD's from all regions do the following:
1. Turn DVD ON
2. Should be on Blue Screen with the COBY logo
3. Open DVD Door
4. Type 9735
5. Put it on Region 0
This should play any DVD on an American NTSC TV

The TV should be on the NTSC
