does anyone own one. I know you can buy them at best buy for like $45. Just wanna know how well their AR PureCurrent Filtering Circuitry works. Does it really help? Sorry this isn't the correct spot to post this but no one checks the correct spot.

I can't really answer your question other than to encourage you to make use of Best Buy's liberal return policy. If you don't hear any discernable difference, get your money back.

And please let us know what you find, I've read a fair amount of debate about power conditioners, similar to the lines of the debate over expensive cables and interconnects.

Power conditioner is a good idea - but you gotta get a big amp. rating one to sound good.

Something like oneac or powervar on ebay for less than $100 will do.
