Hey there, I'm a bit of a noob so please be understanding,

I'm trying to route audio from a computer to my zone 2 speakers. Unfortunately my receiver can only accept analog input for zone 2 output. The computer has a digital optical line and a few mini jacks. I currently use the digital optical to get my audio for my zone 1. I don't know how to get audio from my computer to my zone 2 though.

I'm a bit confused if the audio that comes from the mini jacks is analog or digital. I just have a Y-(mini to 2RCA) connector and it doesn't work, so I'm guessing that it's digital. Assuming it is, is there some kind of converter I can get to change that digital line into an analog one.

Living Room Setup
TV: Sony Trinitron (KV-27v22)
Receiver: Onkyo TX-SR502
Speakers: Athena Micra 6
Zone 2: In wall speakers in bathroom (don't know what brand)

HTPC Setup
Motherboard: Intel D915PBL
Proc: (550) P4 3.4 Ghz (HT, 800 Mhz FSB)
RAM: 512MB DDR2
OS: Windows XP (SP2)
Capture: WinTV-PVR250BTV
Video: nVidia 6600GT
HD: Maxtor 120 GB (6Y120P0)
Remote: Firefly v1.2
PVR: Snapstream v3.5.2

Thanks in advance,

//Rob
