I'm getting a good deal on Onkyo 801 (for $600). I'm kind of liking there NetTune feature. In general i'm going by popularity of Onkyo and assuming its going to be good. I did listen to them at CC. Is this receiver real good at this price ? Does anyone know of some problems with this ? or the net tune feature ?
Does Onkyo receivers have graphic equalizer features ? is it something that audioholics really need or just the DSP is good enough ?
Also i'm planning to buy Infinity alpha 50 speakers and Infinity Primus bookshelf speaker all for $600 to run with this. Is this good.
there are so many other good options to get like pioneer elite and marantz which are definately on the higher performance scale than onkyo arround your price range do not get struck with onkyo as the real power is low on these units thanks
