Arcam alpha 8 wont play all the time

Hi

Can you help me please?

My Arcam alpha 8 cd player will, on probably half the time load a cd and read it and then display "0" and wont play. I have to eject the disc and re-load it a few times until it reads and plays it ok.

Any ideas?
