My laptop has recently stopped connecting to the internet at random intervals,i believe viruses etc are to blame as it is used by four or five different people, my question is can i reset it completely so that anything malicious can be removed. not very good when it comes to these things so any advice would be very much appreciated. many thanks in advance, charlie
