Posted on Thursday, January 04, 2007 - 02:55 GMT I picked up a WinTV Go-Plus tv tuner and installed it. The card works but it comes up in black in white and the sound is all staticy. My question is there a video card that already has a tv tuner in it? IS there a better tv tuner card. |
