You Know a affordable Car Amp w/ Capicitor for a ... ?

I recently purchased a pair of twin Infinity (sorry....) 1020w 10" Subs in a box (250 watts RMS) & 2 Pioneer 6 1/2" mids 200wMax which are rigged into the factory harness of my 92 Integra
Hatchback. My head-unit is a 2002 Pioneer 7300 the puts out 50X4 watts to my Pioneer
6 1/2" mids 150wMax that are in my doors. My 1st question is what kind of amp and capacitor
I should have. I figure a 4 channel 800w Pioneer model would work but would like an expert
opinion. Also I was wondering if I should bother trying to hook up the speakers in my doors
up to the amp or if the juice from my head-unit will suffice as it appears to be doing as I only
have those 2 in the doors hooked up to it right now. Can't I keep it that way and just run my RCA
plugs to my amp and to the 2 speakers and the subs. Would this affect the amp-tuning on the head-unit not having 2 front speakers hooked up to the amp.
