Hi, so I recently had a Jensen VX 7010 stereo with navigation installed in my truck. The navigation worked just fine for like two months. Then it started having this weird error message whenever the radio would start up or you tried to view navigation. I had the wiring checked and everything to see if maybe something was disconnected, or if the wires were being pinched, and they weren't. I reset it and that didn't work either... The error message said " fatal error occurred and main thread. Address: 0x0062ed30 exception: 0xc0000005" if anyone knows why this is happening and can assist me in getting it fixed, that would be awesome. Thank you!
