Ok I have a Kenwood KDC-X598 Excelon head unit in my GMC Sierra. Every thing worked great until yesterday when call came up on the screen. I pulled the head unit out and checked brown mute wire to make sure it wasn't shorting and it wasn't. also checked my grounds. Any ideas? I need help!
