Ok, I have 2 6" Kicker speakers in my front and 2 6"x9" speakers in the back and I don't know what type of amp to get and which ones are good brands... The MAX i'll pay is $230 no more, and I'm NOT planning on getting a subwoofer. Also I've been wondering, will an amp really make that much of a difference in my speakers sound quality? Thanks in advanced.

P.S. I also have a Dual Headunit

This will do:

The amp is good and not expensive, if you want expensive I can also come up with something different.

Do amps really make much of a difference to sound quality, because if not, I don't want to purchase something I won't be able to differ from what I had before
Thanks in advanced.

And if they do make a difference, is this a better amp?

That amp you show has less power and is more expensive, basically it has some cosmetic differences with the FX series, that's all.

Kicker are not SQ speakers so it's very likely that it will sound the same with any decent amp.

Ok, I'll probably get the one you suggested, but I should rephrase my question, will there be a difference in the sound quality of my system I have now(without amp) compared to if I purchased an amp for my system?

In other words do amps really make a noticeable sound difference compared to systems without amps?

Definitely there will be an improvement, Head units usually have no more than 14-16W RMS of power per channel and speakers usually are 60-100W, so besides being lower quality amp inside the head unit it's also too low power to handle most speakers properly.

You do have to do a neat installation of the amp to get the most out of it so read carefully the manual and get an amp wiring kit for it.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention earlier I have a aftermarket headunit, so it puts out about 50W x 4 channels. I don't know if that will effect whether I'll be able to notice any difference with an amp, or even with an aftermarket headunit, will an amp make a noticeable difference?

They all say it's 50x4 but that's not RMS power but peak power at very high distortion like 5%, take a look:

http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_29010_Pioneer-DEH-1300MP.html

This is the same for virtually all head units, they will do about 14W at 1% THD.

With an amp such as I mention you get 0.05% THD and not at 14 W but at 100W per channel.

The difference in sound quality is really noticeable.

Ok I need help again, I never got any amp cause I ended up buying a TV, but anyways I'm looking into an amp again, and also I want and amp that will fully power my speakers.

TOTAL RMS OF ALL 4 SPEAKERS: 330 Watts/Total PEAK: 990 Watts
-6" KS60=65 Watts RMS/195 Watts PEAK
-6x9" K693 100 Watts RMS/300 Watts PEAK,

So does this mean I need a 1000 Watt 4 channel amp?
If so could you recommend a good quality one that is in the price range of $100-250?

I found this one, is it any good?

No Boss stuff at any price, will not put out the power they claim and have reliability issues, if you have the money get this:
