I was wondering how would I hook up, and mount a PS2 Slim in my Jag XJ6.

you'll need to do one of two things.
use a power inverter to convert 12VDC to 110/220VAC depending on your location and model of PS2, or you'll need to take the PS2 apart and convert the power supply itself for that unit to supply the voltages needed, since most things like a console system use a wall wart power supply that converts the wall outlet AC to low voltage DC current anyway.

The ps2 slim uses an external 110/120 VAC to 8.5 VDC transformer.

then he'll still either need a stable power supply with a stepdown transformer to run directly from 12VDC-14VDC in a car, or he'll need the inverter.

he'll also need a head unit with an AUX input and monitors to use the PS2.
