im looking for an amp that will power my 3 15in l7 dual 4ohmi was looking into a 7000watt kole audio or a 6000watt performance teknique any suggestions?
There are some questions you need to answer first, Are you going to run sub in series then parrell all 3 to give 2.6ohms or parrell then series to give 0.66ohms? What type of box/size box?(as it determines rms required) How much do you want to spend?
The specs on the 2011 l7 15 is Sealed= 1000wrms ea Ported= 750wrms ea
My self idd run sub in series then parrell at 2.6ohms
Look for an amp that will do 2ohms stable, and produces either 2000wrms @2ohms for ported or 3000wrms@2ohms for sealed
If you get an amp the produces more, then you are more likely to turn it up above what there rated for and blow subs up
