GlassWolf Is my system hooked up ok?

Eligh Unregistered guest	Posted on Thursday, July 08, 2004 - 14:13 GMT I have a 300/2 (2 channel) amp which is bridged right now giving me 550 watts. It is pushing two 12 inch 8ohm DVC (4ohms per coil) subs, 400 to 800 watts max. Should my subs be parallel or series and should my amp be bridged or should it be one channel per sub? Thanks.

GlassWolf Gold Member Username: Glasswolf NorthWest, Michigan USA Post Number: 3821 Registered: Dec-03	Posted on Thursday, July 08, 2004 - 15:45 GMT wire the sub coils in parallel to get 2 ohms per sub, then run the two subs in series to get 4 ohms. that'll give you around 250-300 watts per sub.
