Like it says, I've got a single 10" Kicker CompVR with dual 4-ohm voice coils. I have to fit this thing in a regular cab truck, so snagging a 2nd sub is not an option.

What would be a good amp to pair with this thing so that I am using its potential well?
Something stable at 2 ohms that'll push around 300-400 RMS?

Its a slightly older CVR, rated at more like 350 RMS than the newer ones at 500 or so.

THanks guys, I appreciate the help!

I would go with a Kicker ZX400.1 or maybe Pioneer-GM-D7500M if you wanna save a buck and still get the job done.

If you really want to save a buck, I would suggest buying used, maybe craigslist. Like you said all your really looking for is ~350 watts RMS @ 2-ohms. Just stay away from brands like Boss, Power Acoustik, Dual... you know the walmart brands.
