Just bought a 2010 Accord and want to improve the audio system. Want it to be loud, bass to hit well, etc, but don't want to be heard coming down the street. What do I ask for? Can i keep it under $700-800 w/ installation? Thank you
There is someone selling 2 Fi Q 10s on the subwoofer page. Those would be a great choice and for $300 theyre a great deal. You could do a Audioque 1200D which is $250 and get a custom sealed enclosure built for them. That set up would be under $700. You would still need a wiring kit and a HU, or adpater for the stock HU. For the sound you're going for though, I'd say a pair of 10s would do the job and going sealed will keep the bass tight and clean.
You need to have a better idea of what you want, or else you're going to get sucked into something you don't want. Pick up a crutchfield magazine and see what's in there. Plus it's more fun to personalize than just go by what we say ;)
