I have a set up question I just can't figure the math out. I have 2 Visonik V10DV6W's dvc 6ohm subs and for now, just an MTX TC2002 2 channel amp. I know I probably have to wire the subs in series/parallel to get 6ohms, the amp is rated at 2 so I don't want to push it going down to 1.5. My question is how should I hook these up to the amp? Bridge it? Run each channel to each sub?
Either bridge it or run a channel to each sub. It doesn't really matter to much because either way you look at it your not going to have much power going to the woofers anyways! I'd save up some money and purchase either a bigger amp or different woofers.
