All of a sudden, my sub stopped working.

I looked at the amp and the long blue LED light (power) is on.

There is another triangle led which lights up RED and stays ON.

I checked the fusebox near the car battery and fuse looks intact.

What can I do to fix ?

the red light is obviously a distress light so check the wiring its most likely wired at too low impedandce for the amp to take. did the amp overheat?

internal fault
over-current protection (low load or a short)
gain set all the way up over-driving the input stage of the amp and causing the amp to enter protection.

those are a few possible causes.

Kenwood amps aren't really what I'd call terrific quality. internal faults are fairly common with their amps, much like Sony's.
Hopefully yours is just a matter of a short or the gain setting.

Turns out the Red Triangle LED is just a power light....which shows power going into the sub.

Turns out my SUB blew out...replaced it.

thanks

Any idea why the sub blew out?

No idea why sub blew out... I wanted to know myself.

Any ideas on how I can go about investigating why sub blew out?

I can tell you why it blew without even seeing it.
one of two reasons:
inadequate electrical system caused the amplifier to clip, which cooked the sub. or
gain on the amp was turned too far up, which caused the amp to clip, which cooked the coils on the sub.

see the common theme?

oops, missed one remote possibility:
used a ported box and no infrasonic filter, and the sub unloaded and failed mechanically due to unloading and over-excursion.
