Is there anyone out there that can tell me where to run my power wire for my amp through the fire wall in my 98 passat. I looked for an hour and am pretty frustrated.
Look for any opening or areas you could make a fairly small hole. For example, if your car is an automtic, there is a place in the wall where a clutch peddle would have gone if it was a manual. If not there should be an opening somewhere along the fender that you can access the cab at.
I am pretty new at this but i did end up fitting it through a grammit by the door, thus running it through the small fender/door space.
Though there was a hose hooked to the grammit and the grammit already had a hole in it but i am not 100% sure what the hose was to. It fell off when i pulled the grammit out >_< so im just hoping that it doesnt mess anything up I spose lol.
