I just purchased a Brutus bxi1610d amp and hooked it up to the existing wires from my old amp. The problem is that there is no sound going to the subs. I have mtx jh55 dual enclosure at 2 ohms. The amp lights up so i am assuming the power is fine. I know the wires are fine because i hook up my mtx jh600 amp to them and it works fine. I am lost as to what the problem is.

Check Google. You would find some reasonable solution there.
