Hifonics amps good or bad

I am worried about getting a hifonics 2010 class d amp. Im thinking on hooking one of these to a rd alpha at 2 ohm. Good idea or bad idea.

i have been running hifonics bxi 2600wt for a year im pushing about 1800wts out of it no problem

its not heat problems that they are known for but failure rates some get lucky some dont
