=================================================
The only CLARION code available for free (using a serial number ) from anywhere on the Internet is if your radio also has a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with
C7000000 + + + + on a label somewhere on the metal casing.

If not then it will only be available from your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Store who will connect a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)

Good day,

I just got a 1990 Mercedes 190e for my son's first car. Aside from all the other 'things' that I have to fix up he has no music because of a 'CODE' request. I've tried some sites that have decoding programs to no avail. The radio is a Beckman with serial number AL2190X1116641 BP1116641A. The Mercedes P/N is 002 820 7586. The Beckman model number is CM2190. I called Mercedes and they would like to part with $60 of my hard earned money to retrieve the code. Any help would be greatly appreciated. These are the codes that I've tried: 44314, 21322, 5366,

Thankyou in advance.

Tom

Update: I got the code from a dealer but it doesn't work.
is it possible that the code was changed in the past?
any suggestions what to do next?

I suspect that you have been ripped off by the dealer .
Demand your money back
