I'm looking to upgrade the stock radio to a factory OEM Navigation system in my 2007 Lincoln Navigator L. Is this possible? I believe I'll need the factory Nav radio, antenna and possibly the dash trim panel. I'd appreciate any advice. Also, woulld I be able to upgrade to the latest version Nav radio with Sync (2008-2010)? Not a deal breaker but I might as well if it's possible and available. Thanks, Frank
