You can buy 110/120v ac to 12v dc power converters from $50 to $400 depending on what other features you want. They plug right into the outlet in your wall and have screw terminal outputs that are converted to 12v. The prices depend on amperage as well. Do a Dogpile or Google search on "convert 120v ac to 12v dc" and see what you come up with.
