what would be the best amp for a 8" MB Quart sub, here are the specs:
Peak Power Handling: 300 Watts
RMS Power Handling: 150 Watts
Frequency Response 28 - 300
Subwoofer Size: 8"
Impedance 2 ohm
Dual Voice Coils
Recommended box 1 (Vb) 0.50 cu ft. sealed
Sensitivity 2,8dB
MB Quart RWE202 - MB Quart RWE 202 8" 300 Watt DVC Subwoofer

there's really not a best. there are literally hundreds that would do the job.

knowing a budget would be nice.

that would give you ample power bridged at 4 ohms. You'd want to keep the gain low.
The ref250 would work well too.

Thanks a lot, I'll probably stick with MB. the budget would be under $150 but thats all figured out.
