you need an amp rated for 400w x 2 @ 2 ohms
200wRMS x 2 @ 4 ohms
800wRMS x 1 @ 4 ohms bridged

wire coils in parallel
put one sub on each channel

Does the amp have to have all those specs exactly, or does it just need to have at least one of them?

Found an amp that does 200wRMS x 2 @ 4 ohms but the 2ohm and bridged specs on it are different than what you mentioned.

You forgot one-

800wRMS x1 @ 1 ohm

List the specs of the amp you found.

RMS Output Power (4 Ohms): 200W x 2

RMS Output Power (2 Ohms): 300W x 2

Bridged RMS Output Power (4 Ohms): 600W x 1

I dont think that will do it- looks like 600W RMS (1200W). I think you need another 200W. But you may be able to get away with it but RF's need some power behind the sub (like everything else)

Well unfortunately I have to do my shopping on ebay, and the only amp on there that I have seen with those specs is a Kicker 800.2/850.2, going for well over $200. All the cheaper brands don't show true RMS.

Anyone know any other models that have RMS to do it?
