Okay, this may be a technical question, perhaps too technical. But we'll see. I am upgrading my alternator with a universal 200 AMP alternator I wanna buy on ebay. But see, its not a 1 wire hook up style, at least I don't think it is. At any rate, lets say its not, and I have to rig it in there. Will I need to upgrade my voltage regulator in order for this all to hook up if somehow I can get this beast in my car(alternator I mean)? I don't know that much about alternators yet, cept that mines not big enough. The 80 amp isn't cutting it. Anyway, PLease, someone help me out on this one.
