i need an amp that will give me a solid 1200rms. i only have about 300 dollars to spend. any suggestions?

someone mentioned a AQ1200 @ 1 ohm? how would i wire my subs to that. would i need 2 or 4 ohm subs?

solid amp. $250's a lot of amp for the money.

With a pair of dvc 4's it will give you 1200-1400w.

I have an AQ1200D, have no complaints so far. It will do 1200w, but don't expect anymore than that. IIRC, DJ said they will do around 1250w (aka they are very accurately rated) What subs are you wanting to run?

i was just looking at the aq1200 and i was wondering is it a 2 channel amp? it has two sets of speaker inputs?

you mean outputs?
a lot of big monos have that.
It's just two places to connect wires to the SINGLE channel.
