Or, if the sub is dual 2 or single 4 then its NOT possible to get 2 ohm.

the amp does not determine the ohm load. the circuit connected to the amp does.
in other words, the speakers, and how they are wired determine the load.

it says the amp is 2 ohm stable, prolly gotta bridge it since its a 2 channel.

OHM is just a measure of resistance. Resistance is determined buy the drivers and how they are wired. The less "resistance" an amp sees the more power/heat is generated and therefore more caution is needed to reduce your chance of burning your car down.
