I WANNA BUY AN AMP WITH 1200 WATTS AND I IM CONFUCED BECUASE IN THE INFORMATION SAYS THAT THE MRS IS LOWER IS 125 x 2.WHATS IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MRS AND WATTS ??

RMS is the actual watts, the number you should care about. Peak watts mean absolutely nothing. Usually if not specified other wise, advertised numbers are peak to try and trick you into thinking the amp is better than it is.
