what exactly is the big 3 ive been told few times but not quite sure still... can someone give me some detailed description.. also some pics.. thanks

very good thaks alot marc and killa also i haven't looked yet but them 3 wire do i just take them off and replace with the 0ga wire?

Grounds need to be to frame (or solid part of body in case of unibody)

Stock wires are often a bottleneck and don't allow enough current to flow to the amp.

Just put the ground wire on one of the bolts on the Alt

ok i was looking at my alt and it looks to me that my wire form my batt to alt plugs in... now do i put 0ga wire on it if the wire plugs in?

how do i put the 0ga on and what do you think my voltages will run at with stock electrical is chevy silverado 98... with a AQ1200D, or hifonics bxi 1608D

I thought you were supposed to fuse the alt to positive wire near the battery in case of a power surge.

I just noticed the picture is saved as "big3 4 n00bs." lol
