why not do 1 amp big enough for both subs.. will save a lil amperage.. 200 amp would suffice but going bigger can if (except wallet). Don't forget a good deep cycle dry cell batt under the hood plus the "big 3".

much better than stock... depending on amp will will klikely have a lil voltage drop, but you can easily get but with a 160 amp. look into aq2200 amp. or see if Steve miller still has a rd1750.1 left that he will give you a good deal on... both would slam those subs. if you get the rd 1750.1 consider running it @ .5 ohm.. Would need D2 v.c's
If you go with the AQ2200 get d4 v.c.'s
audioque.com
Dont forget about the "big 3" and a good audio series batt.

Hope this helps

try mechman.com for a H.O. alt.

1 battery would suffice but if you got the $, 2 would only help.

you would only need an isolator if you are running multiple batt's and plan on playong your system a lot w/ engine cut off. IMO u wont need it.

kinetik batteries are great but a few other batts to look in to would be

powermaster
optima
oddysee and a few more im sure

the one thing about the W7s is that they come in a wierd VC configuration

you could wire 2 dual 1.5 VCs down to .375 or wire them at 1.5

i think that a kicker zx2500 would be a good choice for 13 W7s

i put in a mechman alty last weekend and its great - i still have to post some pics and what not after i clean up some wiring

talk to matt young at mechman - he will give you some good options on alternators and batteries
