i got the constant power wire and the acc wire plugged into the same wire and it runs but turn off the key and my settings get erased why is that and how do i solve it
It's been a while but I'm pretty sure orange is constant power for the head unit. If it's dead then most likely your dome light and cigarette lighter is as well. Check for a fuse and replace.
