Advice for my new system

New member Username: Jord7575Post Number: 1 Registered: Jul-08 | i am looking at a re audio type sx 12 and i was thinking about getting a jl audio a1800 2000 watt peak 1000 watt rms. would that be to much power or no? and what type of sub should i get with that the dual 2 ohm or dual 4 ohm? |

And what coils to get depends on what amp you will be using. Why the JL amp? They are good quality amps but tend to be overpriced compared to some other good quality amplifiers. For example the Audioque 1200d for $250. |

Anyone who sells JL on the internet is not authorized to do so and the amp will come with no warranty. And JL is the most commonly "faked" amp, where they build a phony case the looks real and stick sh!tty internals in it. And theres really no sure way to tell, so I would never buy JL online. |
