I have a NISSAN 300Z, the Amp is installed right behind my seat...the Sun hits the Amp directly, How can I kool it down?

mount it somewhere that the sun is not hitting it directly and/or put a fan or two on it...
Also try not to mount it flat, ideally you should mount the amp vertically where the cooling fins point up and down...not side to side. This simple mounting position can drastically increase the efficiency of the convection cooling the amp depends on.

yes. motoman is right. by mounting the amp in a vertical position, it allows heat dissipation to improve quite a bit. when it's in a horizontal position, air isn't flowing through the vents properly.
