Which of these 3 is best??? I care most about, efficiency, and sound quality, but power is also important (at 3 ohms)

If you strongly think there is another amp that would work better for me please let me know

Whats your price range?

That has a single 3 ohm correct? If so, the kicker zx1000.1

less than $350, which i think all of them are. will the kicker sound okay, because i have heard that some of the kicker subs are really loud but arn't always the best sounding, is this true for their amps as well?

also, using a 4 gauge power wire, and have a 70 amp alternator, and plan on doing a big 3 upgrade

Amps don't reproduce sound, speakers/subs do. Kicker might not have some of the greatest subs (solobarics come to mind), but their amps are very good all around quality.

The only other amp I can think of that might be better for that sub is the Alpine PDX1000.1 and the JL 1000/1, but those are pretty pricey imo.

You might need a H.O alt to run the kicker amp (the kicker amp will produce about 750w @ 3 ohms btw)

I wan't to be able to run whatever i have without having to upgrade my alternator, so I wasn't sure if i would be better off going with the pheonix gold, 80% is high average efficency, and i probably wont be able to run it at anything above 550 watts because of the alternator. And how much would a big 3 upgrade help me?

Hmm... I'm not sure how much the Big 3 will help (on stock alt), since every car is different. Some benefit more than others.

As far as how much power to run, I'm really not sure. I would hate to give someone false advice, so I'm gonna leave this to someone else.
