Alpine PDX 1.1000

Tim Bronze Member Username: Hamsamich9 Post Number: 43 Registered: Dec-07	Posted on Monday, March 17, 2008 - 02:25 GMT well it just struck me today. when i bought this amp, i was deciding between the jl 1000/1 and this and i chose this because of the price. and i now saw that the jl ran the same wattage at 11-14V and i wasnt sure if the alpine did the same or similar. but thanks for your input
M.S. Gold Member Username: Nd4spd18 Northwest PA Post Number: 6865 Registered: Jul-06	Posted on Monday, March 17, 2008 - 05:21 GMT The JL amps have regulated power supply as well as output stage. IIRC the alpines output is regulated but not the power supply, so voltage changes would affect output.
