Al, you'll get 600w rms (rated) to each sub. The bxi1206d is just about ideal for a pair of 600w dvc 4's. FWIW - those HF's are slightly over-rated. You'll probably get more like 500w to each, but that should work very well in a good enclosure. Search for gain setting tutorial - that's an important step.
