I a Sony XM 440EX 4 Channel amp.

I wired it up normally, I have wired many amps before and never had this problem.

There are 3 lights on the side of the amp
-Power/Protection
-Offset
-Thermal

When i put the faceplate on, The amp lights up with all three lights. Ive tried removing the rca's, and speaker outs just to power it up, but still no luck, just all three lights, no sound.
Do you think its blown??

Yeah, it sounds like it could be blown. Obviously it's not a short on the speaker wires since the amp also does it when they're totally disconnected. Since all three lights are on, it doesn't seem like an RCA signal problem. Just double check for frayed wires, amp fuse, and ground points, start with the simple things. I've seen customers come in with amps in protect mode when the problem was they had one strand of the ground wire come loose and touch the positive amp terminal.
