I have a Jensen 500W 2 chan amp hooked to two 12" JBL subs. when both RCAs are hooked up i get a weak response from the subs, but when i hook up one or the other by itself that sub works fine. also i can push the RCAs in the back of the stero to one side and it works fine. i tried replacing RCA and stero but nothing works. i need help.

Nick Your Problem falls in the wiring. the Easiest thing for you to do is get A Ground Loop Isolator. This WELL fix the prob.
