Got a small problem that could get bigger. I have 2 amps rated at 600rms a piece. one im runnin about 300 the other one 600w. When i have the ac on with everything all the way up on a song that doesent let up at all, my voltage will drop to almost 11.5v to 12.8v and bounce around if im at idle. i was thinking about running my power wire on the other side of the car becouse then i could eliminate a good 5 ft or so and about 2 ft on the ground. Its 4ga pwr/grd. If i take out all that power wire will that make my voltage a little higher? Running about 17ft pwr and 4ft ground. Dont really have the money for wiring the big 3 and/or bigger alt. Just wondering if this will be a waste of time or not.
